Guts is the most miserable MC had ever made. He can't catch a break. He should never return when he leaves the group. Or he should just leave Casca and leave peacefully on his own. She break so much trouble to him.

this was done meticulously well. every frame is animated and given enough screen time.and there was the proper duration and weight and pause for the right frames and lines of dialogue. even the music show you understand the mood and atmosphere of berserk btw can you link the music playlist

great analysis this is one of the few videos that acknowledges that apostles are still human and many of them experience regret like the count and rosine and griffith but whats done is done. ironically apostles are the weakest humans because they are trapped by a prison of their own desire which comes from an inferiority complex . take griffith for example he always hated nobility because he wanted to be one and couldnt he valued poeples worth and his own sense of self worth with social status and position and drive. as oppose to guts who is more comfortable with own self and doesnt need to compenstae.the bigger the desire and love for something like your ego for example the bigger the fall when you lose that the more you willing to do evil things to get what you want.a crucial point you make about how struggles are what allow people to grow and evolve if griffith is the epitome of weakness than guts is the epitome of human strength

Man, like another comment said, it is both sad and inspiring that small or indie studios are better at animating berserk than actual studios. Which honestly is a lot like berserk itself, guts' had to struggle for all that he has while everyone else had it given to them, so keep it up strugglers, berserk fans like myself are rooting for you all hehe🎉

As someone who suffers from crippling chronic pain and battles with sever metal illness everyday I truly feel as if I am cursed to always suffer but watching Guts always seems to lift my spirits because he reminds me that no matter what you have to keep fighting regardless of the cruelty and unfairness of life.
